• Someone must be available to receive the package
• We will attempt delivery up to 3 times

Return Policy

• Items must be unused with original tags
• Return authorization required
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days

Exchange Policy

• Free size exchanges within 7 days
• Subject to availability
• Original item must be returned first
• We'll arrange free pickup for exchanges
